I am fascinated and impassioned with Real Estate for many years, I have parlayed my entrepreneurial strengths with my innate business savvy to become a highly trusted and respected Realtor. I am candid and have a transparent approach which builds confidence in both clients and colleagues. I also have a great success in strategically positioning with my clients to benefit from Real Estate transactions even in a down market, I have a vast understanding of market conditions and I am sensitive to the crucial roll a Real Estate agent plays in his client’s success!

  A few core standards I share with my clients;

  1. An Exceptional Customer Experience - My main goal in everything that I do is to make sure my clients are having an exceptional experience with as much ease as possible. Buying or selling a home may be the biggest financial decision you make in your life, I make sure to treat it with that level of care
  2. Teaching the Real Estate Process - After working with me, my clients feel like they've taken a Real Estate 101 course New York style. I want my clients to feel secure that they are the ones making the moves. I have guided/suggested more folks out of properties then into them. All questions are good questions and I am happy to answer them.
  3. Making it "Fun" - Buying a home is an exciting process! When buying, deciding on neighborhoods and imagining your new design schemes and what you can do with a property can be fun experience. I get as excited about the homes as my clients. If for some reason the process isn't fun, I am always take a step back and seeing what I can do to make it better. When selling a home, the most fun part is getting the most money in the shortest amount of time, as painlessly as possible. That is the number one goal for my clients, ease and trust. "Hard work with a smile and getting folks what they want".
  4. Doing it with integrity - Being sincere, honest, professional, friendly and being a true partner in the process. I hope to get that very same thing from my clients or it just doesn't work. It is a commitment of time, energy and hopefully a great move into the future. The one pivotal thing I have learned is that all people want to know they are being heard and they matter, as do I:)
